Consultation requests are stored for office review. The website collects account details, legal intake descriptions, and documents you choose to submit. Assigned matters may also contain documents and invoice-related information. Avoid sending confidential case information until the office has completed its conflicts review and confirmed an appropriate method of communication.

Client portal

You create and verify your own account to submit an intake. Intake descriptions and attachments are available to the submitting account and authorized office administrators. Access to assigned case files is subject to separate identity and matter checks. The portal records certain access and office actions for administration. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Payments

Online payment links open the office's configured payment provider. Card details are entered with that provider, not stored by this website. Review the provider's terms and privacy information before submitting payment.

Cookies and operational records

Account and form-security cookies support sign-in and protect submissions. The hosting service may retain operational logs. Any optional analytics or marketing tools require this notice to be updated before activation.

Traffic and notifications

The website keeps aggregate traffic and rejected-request summaries for up to 90 days. These summaries do not contain visitor IP addresses, query strings, passwords, or intake descriptions. Hosting providers may separately maintain operational logs. Upload notifications sent to the administrator contain a document count and a dashboard link, not the uploaded documents or legal details. Email delivery depends on the configured mail service.

Retention and requests

Intake and matter records are retained for office administration and applicable professional obligations; this website does not automatically delete them on a fixed schedule. Contact the office if you need to correct submitted information or request a review of retained records.
